– غير مسموح نهائياً طلب استرجاع المنتج إذا وافق جميع المواصفات التي نذكرها صراحة في صندوق الوصف الخاص بكل منتج.
– في حالة استلام المنتج بعيب/ تلف ظاهري أو أي نقص في العناصر أو الملحقات الخاصة به، يجب إبلاغنا مباشرة قبل استلام المنتج، وبشرط إعادته في نفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها شامل جميع العناصر.
– يتم استرداد قيمة المرتجع من خلال قسيمة شراء خاصة بالشركة أو عن طريق التحويل لإحدى المحافظ الإلكترونية.
